47.7 lakh of 1.45 crore Delhi voters excluded from draft rolls, nearly 1 in 3

Delhi’s draft electoral roll published on Monday excluded 47.7 lakh of 1.45 crore voters. Officials said, "Delhi being the national capital, has a large number of floating population which could be the reason for high number of deletions." People left out can file claims for inclusion until September 30.
