3-year-old sexually abused by cab driver at Delhi private school, case filed

A 3-year-old nursery student was sexually abused by cab driver Vikas Singh at a Delhi private school. Parents filed a complaint on August 24 at the Bawana police station. Police said, "He would follow her to the washroom, offer chocolates and then assault her." The accused is now arrested.
