Weather update: Monsoon march continues towards Northern states as IMD IMD warns of heavy showers and thunderstorms

Monsoon has advanced into Maharashtra and Telangana, with IMD saying it will reach Mumbai in 48 hours. Conditions favour further progress into many states, including Bihar and Odisha. Heavy showers and thunderstorms are forecast for Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra from June 22-26. Fishermen got a warning for the South Maharashtra-Goa coast.
