Vietnam detains speedboat captain after 15 Indian tourists die in Phu Quoc tragedy

Vietnamese authorities detained speedboat captain Nguyen Hong Hai after 15 Indian tourists died near Phu Quoc Island on Saturday. The boat capsized during an island-hopping tour with 32 Indians on board. Officials started an urgent investigation into the tragedy. The Consulate General said, "Our thoughts are with the victims."
