Typhoon approaches eastern Japan, prompting flood and landslide warnings

Typhoon Dujuan approached Japan’s Pacific coast on Monday, September 21, 2026, bringing heavy rain and violent winds. The weather agency warned of landslides and floods across the Kanto region.
