SC questions Class 9 rollout of 3rd language, asks Centre to introduce it earlier

The Supreme Court questioned the Tamil Nadu government on the Class 9 rollout of a third language. Justice Nagarathna said, “Ninth standard is stressful. Why do you introduce a third language in the ninth standard? Introduce it in sixth standard.” The court also asked why Tamil Nadu opposes central Navodaya schools.
