SC mulls EOW, CBI probe into Parsvnath

The Supreme Court is considering an EOW and CBI probe into Parsvnath Developers over alleged fraud. The bench asked the company to share details of all pending litigation and projects. “We will refer it to EOW, CBI. It is a high-level fraud these people have played,” the court said.
