PM Modi's Trump hedge: India building new global partnerships, one deal at a time, says NYT

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited at least 20 countries since August 2025 to strengthen global partnerships. A New York Times report said India seeks to reduce exposure to US trade policies. Priyam Gandhi-Mody said, "We want to build better ties with the rest of the world as our economy grows."
