NGT may soon see more empty benches as 2 conflicting SC orders put short-staffed green court in a fix

The NGT faces a crisis as conflicting Supreme Court orders threaten to leave the green court without enough judges. Advocate Ninad Laud said, “Only one principal bench in Delhi will operate.” With many judicial members set to leave by 8 September, the tribunal may soon stop functioning across India.
