Nepal flood: Green house owner calls it a ‘second birth’ after surviving raging waters

Flash floods struck parts of Nepal early on Wednesday, August 26, as a green house in Trishuli stayed standing despite the raging waters. Owner Laxmi Pandey said, “It is like a second birth for us.” Experts believe the building survived because it used a strong reinforced concrete frame for support.
