The Congress on Monday targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi, calling his "na khaunga na khane doonga" promise a hoax. Jairam Ramesh said the government delivered "minimum governance, maximum cover-ups." He alleged many scams occurred under Modi, claiming, "The explosive growth of the Modani empire revealed the true nature of the regime."
