A Delhi B&B tragedy killed 21 guests. AAP alleged fire engines took 1.5 hours to arrive, despite a station nearby. The Flourish Stay B&B, licensed for six rooms, had flouted fire-safety rules. Its owner, Lovkesh Bajaj, got four days' police custody. "The fire brigade didn't arrive until around 9.30am," AAP said.
