India will rebuild it: Envoy honors Nepal principal who saved 1,600 children in flash flood, pledges to reconstruct school

India’s Ambassador to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava, met principal Rajendra Dawadi after he saved 1,600 children from flash floods on August 26. Dawadi rang the school bell to evacuate students before the building got swept away. Srivastava said India will support the reconstruction of the school, which has long-standing Indian ties.
