India-China talks: Wang Yi urges respect for core interests in Delhi

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi urged India to respect "core interests" during talks with NSA Ajit Doval in New Delhi on Monday. Wang said leaders agreed India and China are partners, not rivals. He stressed implementing consensus and promoting cooperation for development. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal called the talks "constructive and forward-looking."
