Ebola Outbreak Alert Leads To India-Africa Summit Delay

The big India-Africa Summit is delayed because of Ebola worries. The World Health Organization said Ebola outbreaks in Congo and Uganda are a serious health emergency. India and African leaders agreed to hold the summit later after talking about the health situation. They said, "India reaffirmed its solidarity with the peoples and Governments of Africa."
