Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar jailed 8 years for posing as Supreme Court Judge

A Delhi court sentenced conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar to eight years of rigorous imprisonment on August 29. He got caught for posing as a Supreme Court judge to influence judicial proceedings. The court said, “The sentence must reflect that the criminal justice system distinguishes between an isolated unlawful act and a deliberate sequence.”
