Chief secretary directs faster execution of ₹1.5k-crore disaster recovery plan in J&K

Jammu and Kashmir chief secretary Atal Dulloo directed faster execution of the ₹1,579.09 crore disaster recovery plan. He asked departments to build resilient assets and avoid duplication by checking other schemes. Officials said the housing sector committed its full allocation for 9,083 households, while road restoration work remains the strongest segment.
