Union Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy said the State government’s proposed Bharat Jodo Club aims to promote rowdy elements. Speaking at Guledgud on Sunday, he questioned the funding for 6,000 planned associations. He said, "I think it is aimed at promoting rowdy elements across the State. These centres will become gambling dens."
