BBMB proposes twin tunnels at Pandoh Dam to discharge flood water

The Bhakra Beas Management Board proposed twin tunnels at Pandoh Dam to discharge flood water. An official said, "An alternative route is being considered to flush out excess water safely through another route in case a flood situation arises." The Himachal Government also started mapping downstream areas to assess risks.
