Bar council cannot run law college it regulates, Supreme Court told

Advocate Prashant Bhushan told the Supreme Court on Monday that the Bar Council of India cannot run a law college. He said, "Bar Council cannot run a law college." This follows BCI chairman Manan Kumar Mishra’s plan to set up a National Legal Academy at their Goa campus for lawyers.
