Accused can't be denied access to documents forming part of chargesheet: Supreme Court

Supreme Court said accused can't be denied documents forming part of chargesheet. Withholding them could prejudice fair trial rights. Justices J.K. Maheshwari and A.S. Chandurkar directed typed copies of "highly confidential" documents be given to retired Major General V.K. Singh. The court noted relevance and fair trial needs.
