'Misleading financial statements': Suzlon to challenge Sebi's penalty order before SAT

Suzlon Energy is fighting a Rs 29 crore penalty from Sebi for "misleading financial statements" from 2014-2018. The company plans to appeal to the Securities Appellate Tribunal. Sebi said the order was about accounting and disclosure issues, claiming some deals overstated profits and hid the true financial picture.
