Kotak Mahindra Bank MD Ashok Vaswani not to seek re-appointment; begins search for successor

Ashok Vaswani, MD & CEO of Kotak Mahindra Bank, will not seek re-appointment for personal reasons. He informed the board he wishes to step down after his current term ends on December 31, 2026. The bank has started searching for his successor. Vaswani started his role on January 1, 2024.
