ITC Infotech to acquire controlling stake in Happiest Minds; deal details here

ITC Infotech will acquire a 22.1% stake in Happiest Minds for ₹1,330 crore. The deal involves buying shares from founder Ashok Soota before merging the companies. ITC Chairman Sanjiv Puri said the combination would "bring together the companies' complementary strengths." The transaction awaits regulatory approvals and should finish within 15 months.
