ITC buys Happiest Minds, plans merger and stock market listing to build USD 1 billion firm

ITC Infotech will acquire a 22.1 per cent stake in Happiest Minds Technologies for ₹1,329.71 crore. This deal gives ITC a 73.4 per cent stake in the merged firm. Chairman Sanjiv Puri said the move marked an "important milestone." The company targets USD 1 billion revenue by 2028 with 19,000 employees.
