IIFL Finance plans to raise ₹10,000 crore through equity and other securities. The board also doubled its global medium-term note programme to $2 billion and increased borrowing limits to ₹75,000 crore. Kapish Jain stepped down as CFO, with Vikas Jain appointed to the role.
