Clastek Engineering, an integrated mould-to-component engineering company, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with NSE Emerge Platform for its initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO will be a fresh issue of up to 55 lakh equity shares.

The company intends to use the IPO proceeds for expansion of its existing manufacturing facility, repayment of debt, funding working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

GYR Capital Advisors will be the book-running lead manager while Cameo Corporate Services has been appointed as Registrar.

The company builds moulds for customer product designs with in-house mould design, manufacturing and proving to customer specific requirements at par with Global standards.

The company’s products are used as components in the automotive and farm equipment sectors.

The company has an order book of ₹32 crore.
