Asian Paints will consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, for FY27 at a board meeting on October 29, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company has fixed November 4 as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the dividend, if declared.
At the same meeting, the board will also consider the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
Asian Paints expects 8-10% volume growth in FY27
Asian Paints expects demand to remain healthy through FY27, with volume growth of 8-10% and margins of 18-20%, despite volatility in raw material prices.
Managing Director and CEO Amit Syngle said in July that growth was being supported by rural demand as well as strong momentum in the business-to-business segment, including industrials, private capital expenditure and government-led construction.
Syngle also said the company had outpaced the broader paint market in the April-June quarter, while focusing on innovation and brand investments rather than competing aggressively through discounts.
The company expects backward integration and cost-saving initiatives to provide additional flexibility while maintaining its margin guidance.
