The IPO had a lot size of 468 shares. At the upper price band of Rs 32 per share, retail investors required a minimum investment of Rs 14,976 for one lot.
IIFL Capital Services Ltd., CLSA India Pvt. Ltd. and Systematix Corporate Services Ltd. are the book-running lead managers to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar.

The remaining proceeds will be utilised for inorganic growth through acquisitions and general corporate purposes. The total amount earmarked under the specified IPO objects is Rs 182 crore.
Financial Performance
Acevector Ltd.'s total income increased 32%, rising from Rs 407 crore in FY25 to Rs 538 crore in FY26. Meanwhile, the company narrowed its net loss significantly to Rs 45 crore in FY26, from Rs 126 crore in FY25.
