എച്ച്വിഎസി (HVAC) സംവിധാനങ്ങളിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന രവിത എൻജിനീയറിങ് സർവീസസ് 116 കോടി രൂപ സമാഹരിക്കാൻ ഐപിഒ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. 105 മുതൽ 112 രൂപ വരെയാണ് ഓഹരി വില. പ്രവർത്തന മൂലധനം, യന്ത്രസാമഗ്രികൾ വാങ്ങൽ എന്നിവയ്ക്കായി തുക വിനിയോഗിക്കും. 21 പ്രോജക്റ്റുകളിലായി 491 കോടി രൂപയുടെ ഓർഡർ ബുക്ക് കമ്പനിക്കുണ്ട്. ചൊവ്വാഴ്ച മുതൽ നിക്ഷേപകർക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാം.
Ravita Engineering Services, an EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning) and O&M (Operations and Maintenance) solutions for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, plans to raise ₹116 crore through initial public offering on NSE Emerge.
The company will issue 1.04 crore equity shares in the price band of ₹105 - ₹112 a share. The IPO opens for subscription on Tuesday.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used to meet long-term working capital requirements, capital expenditure towards purchase of certain heavy equipment and general corporate purposes.
Vivro Financial Services will be the Book Running Lead Manager while MUFG Intime India has been appointed as the registrar.
Vibhoar Agrawal, Chairman & Executive Director, Ravita Engineering Services said over the years, the company has built capabilities in the EPIC and O&M of HVAC and electro-mechanical systems across onshore facilities, offshore rigs and platforms and data centres.
The proposed deployment of the net proceeds for long-term working capital and heavy equipment is intended to support the execution of order book and strengthen in-house project delivery capabilities besides expanding presence, including the data centre segment, he added.
Roshan Vaishnav, Director of Vivro Financial Services said as per the D&B industry report, India’s HVAC EPC I&C market is estimated at ₹81,284 crore in FY25 and is projected to reach ₹1.80 lakh crore by FY30, while the HVAC O&M market is expected to grow from ₹36,905 crore to ₹68,205 crore.
The company operates across onshore, offshore and data centre HVAC engineering through EPIC projects and O&M contracts, he added.
Revenue from operations increased from ₹13 crore in FY24 to ₹278 crore in FY26, while PAT stood at ₹28 crore in FY26.
As of June 30, the company had an order book of ₹491 crore across 21 ongoing projects, including data centre work orders of ₹120 crore.
The proposed fresh issue is intended to support working capital requirements and purchase of heavy equipment, he added.
