Heavy rain causes waterlogging, triggers traffic snarls in Noida, Ghaziabad

Heavy rain caused waterlogging and traffic snarls in Noida and Ghaziabad. The Ghaziabad station recorded 13mm of rain between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Monday. Residents said, "The roads and surrounding areas have become difficult to navigate in places." Officials worked to clear water from many points across the city.
