Ganga enters Lete Hanuman temple amid rising flood threat in Prayagraj

The Ganga entered the sanctum of the Lete Hanuman temple in Prayagraj at 3.45am on Sunday. This annual event occurred as river levels rose across the district. Officials said five lakh cusecs of water got released into the Ganga, causing concern as many rivers continued to rise after heavy rainfall.
