Europe stitches together plan to close the loop in the fashion industry

Europe is building a plan to fix textile waste by January 2028. Currently, less than 1% of clothes get recycled. Robert van de Kerkhof said, "It was very clear that nobody will move if there's no financial incentive." New rules will force producers to pay for managing their own waste.
