Dumping menace leaves forest fringes of Erumely in Keralam under siege

Unchecked dumping of garbage in forest fringes of Erumely is threatening wildlife and disrupting the natural balance. A senior Forest department official said, "The accumulation of waste is not just an eyesore but also attracts animals." Officials now plan to step up surveillance and install cameras to stop this menace.
