BRICS seeks more climate finance, deeper cooperation on wildfires

The 12th BRICS Environment Ministers’ Meeting held on Tuesday called for more climate finance and technology transfer for developing nations. The countries agreed to deepen cooperation on forest fires and sustainable lifestyles. China will host the 13th meeting in 2027. They also launched a new network for sharing research knowledge.
