Amritsar MC processes over 6.73L MT waste till May 24

Amritsar has processed over 6.73 lakh metric tonnes of waste by May 24, showing great progress in scientific waste management. Municipal Commissioner Bikramjit Singh Shergill said, "sanitation and waste processing activities remained consistent." This shows their focus on turning waste into useful things like bio-soil and fuel, and reducing landfill waste.
