Five-year-old Ishara Tamang lies in a Kathmandu hospital after surviving flash floods in Rasuwa. She got trapped in a net as water swept her mother away. Ishara said, “Mother was swept away. I jumped and moved forward, then got trapped in the net.” Many families still search for missing relatives.
