H Vinoth’s action thriller Jana Nayagan, starring Vijay, will release in cinemas on July 23. Producer Venkat K Narayana said, "people come first, and films are definitely close to his heart." Vijay got busy with his duties as Tamil Nadu CM, so he may not promote the film like before.
