SC allows release of animated film Mahaprabhu Jagannath post Lord Jagannath Yatra

The Supreme Court allowed the release of the animated film Mahaprabhu Jagannath only after the Rath Yatra concludes. Justice Nagarathna told the producers, “After the Rath Yatra concludes, you can release the movie.” The court refused to stay the high court order, which requires detailed scrutiny of the film’s religious depictions.
