Actor Ronit Roy has leased his 950 sq ft office space in Mumbai's Andheri West to Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited for five years, totaling nearly ₹1.4 crore in rent.
Actor Ronit Roy has been part of the entertainment industry for years, winning audiences over with his work in television, films and web series. Apart from his acting career, the actor has also invested in Mumbai real estate.
According to documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Ronit has leased out his 950 sq ft office in Andheri West to hair and skincare company Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited for five years. The deal is expected to bring in nearly Rs 1.39 crore in total rent.
The office is located on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige, near City Mall in Andheri West. The leave-and-licence agreement was registered on June 12, 2026. The starting monthly rent is Rs 2.10 lakh, and the tenant has paid a security deposit of Rs 6.5 lakh.
The monthly rent will go up by 5% every year. It will increase from Rs 2.10 lakh in the first year to Rs 2.20 lakh in the second year and Rs 2.31 lakh in the third. In the fourth year, the rent will rise to Rs 2.43 lakh per month, reaching Rs 2.55 lakh in the fifth year. Over the full 60-month agreement, the total rent will come to nearly Rs 1.39 crore.
As per the agreement, the licensor will pay maintenance charges, including applicable rates, taxes, levies, assessments and non-occupancy charges. The tenant will pay electricity bills directly based on consumption. Both parties have agreed to a 36-month lock-in period. The documents do not mention any car parking space for the office.
This is not Ronit's first major property deal in Mumbai. Around two years ago, the actor and his wife, Neelam Roy, purchased a 4,258 sq ft apartment in Versova for Rs 18.94 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by IndexTap.com.
The apartment is located on a higher floor of the Lodha Versova project, developed by Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha. The purchase involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.13 crore and registration fees of Rs 30,000.
The property also comes with four car parking spaces and is located off Yari Road in Versova.
Ronit became a household name through popular television shows such as Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, where he played Mihir Virani, and Kasautii Zindagii Kay, in which he portrayed Rishabh Bajaj.
