Amid its smooth run in cinemas, an update regarding Drishyam: The Conclusion's OTT release has surfaced online. It is likely to premiere on a leading streaming platform.

According to Filmibeat, Drishyam: The Conclusion will stream on Netflix after its theatrical run ends. However, the makers haven't made an official announcement about the Ajay Devgn-starrer's OTT release date yet. A Bollywood film generally lands on a streaming platform after 45 to 60 days since its big-screen release.

Talking about the third installment, Drishyam: The Conclusion also brings back Ishita Dutta as Anju Salgaonkar. Apart from her, the star cast includes Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Saurabh Shukla, Mrunal Jadhav, Neha Joshi, and more in supporting roles.

Amid audience's immense love for the movie, director Abhishek Pathak admitted that making Drishyam: The Conclusion was a huge responsibility. It is because viewers have lived with this world for many years. "Everyone had their own theories, expectations and ideas about how this story should end. The biggest challenge for me was to respect that journey but also give them an experience they wouldn't necessarily see coming," he said.

The filmmaker also found audience's response and the way they've discussed and debated what Ajay's character has done 'satisfying'. "For me, Drishyam has always been about how people perceive the truth, and the fact that audiences are still discussing and interpreting the film after watching it is what makes this franchise so special."

Drishyam: The Conclusion box office report

Meanwhile, Drishyam: The Conclusion entered the Rs 100 crore club in India within two days of its theatrical run. The crime thriller registered a bumper box office opening of Rs 62 crore from 15,759. It was followed by the movie earning Rs 53.50 crore from 16,868 shows on day two. While it collected Rs 115.50 crore. On the other hand, it did a worldwide box office business of Rs 177.10 crore.
