Delhi High Court cautions against use of personality rights to snuff out caricature, parody

The Delhi High Court warned that personality rights cannot stop caricature, satire, or parody. On August 5, Justice Anup J. Bhambhani granted interim protection to Physics Wallah founder Alakh Pandey against impersonation and commercial exploitation. The court said, "personality rights as has been claimed may be over broad and susceptible."
