CinemaChile Reports 20.5% Growth of Film Sector Over Past Season

CinemaChile reported a 20.5% growth in its film sector during the 2026-2027 season. The industry now has 188 titles, up from 156. Board member Gabriela Sandoval said, “We have gone from 156 to 188 titles, which is clearly great news.” Many films are international co-productions, showing the sector’s global reach.
