BMG Fully Acquires John Lee Hooker's Publishing Catalog

BMG fully acquired the publishing catalogs of John Lee Hooker, Hal David, and ARC Music. This deal completes a process started in 2016. Monti Olson said, “The musical catalogs of Hal David, John Lee Hooker, and ARC Music are cornerstones of modern music.” These archives helped shape American popular music.
