Before Ranveer Singh, FWICE 'banned' Chunky Panday but not Dharmendra or Shatrughan Sinha

FWICE issued a non-cooperation directive against Ranveer Singh, asking members not to work with him. This isn't a ban, but he must appear to resolve issues. Chunky Panday was previously "banned" for a week in 1986 for continuing to shoot during a film industry strike.
