Keystone Realtors Q2 sales bookings up 84 pc at Rs 1,423 cr
(PTI) Realty firm Keystone Realtors Ltd on Thursday reported an 84 per cent increase in its sales bookings to Rs 1,423 crore for the second quarter of this fiscal, aided by strong demand for luxury and premium projects.
In a regulatory filing, Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors informed that the sales in area terms rose 31 per cent to 0.65 million sq ft in July-September from 0.5 million sq ft in the year-ago period.
The sales bookings, or pre-sales, in value terms grew to Rs 1,423 crore from Rs 772 crore during the period under review.

JSW Steel production rises 5% to 7.27 million tonnes in Q2
(PTI) JSW Steel on Thursday said that its consolidated crude steel production increased by 5 per cent to 7.27 million tonnes (MT) in the second quarter of the current financial year.
The company’s crude steel output was 6.95 MT in the year-ago period.
The production at the company’s Indian operations rose by 5 per cent year-on-year to 7.07 million tonnes during the second quarter, over the corresponding quarter.

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has consistently rewarded shareholders through regular dividends and occasional special payouts. At the recent share price of around Rs. 2,084 its FY26 dividend of Rs. 110 per share translates into an attractive dividend yield of approximately 5.3%, significantly higher than its historical levels.
However, this includes a special dividend of Rs. 46 per share, which may not be repeated every year. Excluding this, the regular dividend yield stands at around 3.1%, which is still reasonable for a large, established IT company.
The recent correction in TCS’s share price has made its dividend yield more appealing, particularly for long term investors seeking steady income. While concerns around slower IT spending and Al-led disruption remain, TCS’s strong cash generation and consistent shareholder payouts provide some comfort. Nevertheless, future earnings growth will be equally important for overall returns.
