Indian equities ended lower on Wednesday after the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) raised the repo rate by 25 basis points to 5.50% and shifted its policy stance from neutral to calibrated tightening. The Nifty 50 ended at 22,603.05, down 173.05 points, or 0.76%. The 22,800 level continues to be the key hurdle, with a sustained move above it required to strengthen the recovery and open the way toward 23,000, according to Ponmudi R, CEO of Enrich Money.
Against this backdrop, Adani Enterprises, Ola Electric, HCL Tech, Tata Power, Varun Beverages and several other stocks are likely to remain in focus on Thursday following key corporate developments and business updates.
Tata Consultancy Services
Tata Group's IT services arm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to announce its September-quarter results on October 8. Analysts expect modest sequential revenue growth but stronger year-on-year numbers. The board is also expected to consider a second interim dividend.

Ola Electric Mobility has approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through partly paid-up equity shares. The company will issue 37,02,72,665 partly paid-up equity shares at a rights issue price of Rs 27 per share, including a premium of Rs 17 per share. The total issue size stands at Rs 999.74 crore, assuming full subscription and payment of call monies.
HCL Tech
HCL Tech has expanded its presence in South Africa with the launch of a new regional headquarters in Johannesburg's Sandton business district, the company said in an exchange filing on Wednesday.
Tata Power
Tata Power has partnered with Norway-based renewable energy technology company Ocean Sun to bring its membrane-based floating solar technology to India. The collaboration agreement was signed on the sidelines of the 2nd India-EFTA Prosperity Summit, the company said.
Jubilant FoodWorks
Jubilant FoodWorks reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 2,608.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, up 11.9% year-on-year from the year-ago period.
Gujarat Pipavav Port
Gujarat Pipavav Port handled 1.92 lakh twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of container cargo in the second quarter, up from 1.64 lakh TEUs in the year-ago period.
Varun Beverages
Varun Beverages will invest up to Rs 4.10 crore in Jager Renewables, a special purpose vehicle set up to generate and supply solar power to consumers in Uttar Pradesh.
Allcargo Terminals
Multimodal logistics operator Allcargo Terminals reported total volumes of 61,800 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) for September 2026, down 7% from the same month last year and 6% from the previous month.
TD Power Systems
TD Power Systems has opened its qualified institutional placement (QIP) and approved a floor price of Rs 775.35 per equity share. The company said the floor price was determined based on the pricing formula prescribed under SEBI ICDR Regulations. It may offer a discount of up to 5% on the floor price, subject to shareholder approval. The issue price will be determined in consultation with the lead manager.
Fino Payments Bank
Fino Payments Bank reported a 223% year-on-year jump in loan referral disbursals to Rs 278 crore in September 2026 from Rs 86 crore a year ago, according to its provisional and unaudited business performance update.
Hy-Tech Engineers
Hy-Tech Engineers has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, HY-TECH ENGINEERS Inc, in Delaware, US, following receipt of the certificate of incorporation from the Division of Corporations, State of Delaware.
Bank of Baroda
Bank of Baroda said CARE Ratings has reaffirmed all ratings with a Stable outlook.
The ratings on its Rs 10,000 crore infrastructure bonds and Rs 2,000 crore and Rs 500 crore Tier II bonds were reaffirmed at CARE AAA; Stable, while the Rs 1,10,000 crore certificate of deposit programme was reaffirmed at CARE A1+. The rating on Tier II bonds was withdrawn.
