Speciality's three-course plan charts growth in oriental, Italian and burger formats

Speciality Restaurants plans to add 40-50 outlets over four to five years, focusing on oriental, Italian, and burger formats. CEO Avik Chatterjee said, "The category is easy to replicate, you can do multiple stores." The group will enter tier-II cities and bring Walters Burger to Kolkata next fiscal year.
