Eligibility Criteria: Under the eligibility criteria, candidates must have passed either the CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate examination in the Finance and Accounts stream. They must also fulfil the conditions stipulated by their respective professional institutions to qualify for the practical training. The prescribed age limit is between 18 and 56 years. Candidates born on or after October 27, 2008, or before October 26, 1970, will not be eligible to apply. Application Process: To apply for the NPCIL practical training programme, eligible candidates must complete the application process online through the corporation's official website. Applicants will first need to register on the portal and activate their accounts. After checking that all details and uploaded documents are correct, candidates must submit the application. Stipend Details: Candidates selected for the NPCIL practical training programme will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. In addition, an allowance of ₹5,000 will be provided if accommodation is unavailable at the respective NPCIL unit or headquarters.

Selection Process: The selection process will be based on the aggregate marks obtained by candidates in the CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate examination. Candidates who have not received their final examination marks by the time they submit their applications will not be considered during the screening process. Following the initial screening, NPCIL will notify shortlisted candidates of the subsequent selection stage through their registered email addresses. Candidates will be shortlisted for the personal interview in a ratio of 1:5, based on their aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. The personal interview will be conducted online, allowing shortlisted applicants to participate virtually without having to attend an in-person interview.
