NIIF raises $2 billion for second infrastructure fund; sets target of $3.2 billion

India's National Investment and Infrastructure Fund raised $2 billion for its second infrastructure fund. This first close includes backing from global investors like Temasek and AustralianSuper. The fund now sets a target of $3.2 billion. Sanjiv Aggarwal said, "Infrastructure Fund II reflects the continued confidence of our partners in India."
